Even as Houston Security Solutions strongly recommends and uses strong passwords, users may still need to know default settings when cameras are first configured or factory defaulted, and finding these credentials can be inconvenient, with many manufacturers trying to bury them in PDF manuals or failing to document them at all.

 

For each manufacturer, we list the username first, followed by the password section in the format username/password. We have observed when manufacturers have various settings or changes in newer/older firmwares:
